Here's our sad outdoor entertainment space before I transformed it.
We first had to demolish the existing bar, which was falling apart.
My teenage son loved smashing it to bits. But we also had to be very careful not to break the water and gas lines inside.
A clean slate.
I built a temporary table so we could determine the correct size of the pit based on the pavilion and furniture around it. This was critical and it sat there for a couple months as we considered the right fit.
As a former technical illustrator, drawings helped me to figure out how to run power beneath the fire pan.
