Truckee & Lake Tahoe Contractor
The larger construction and home renovation projects shown below provide a quick view into how I can take a vision and turn into reality. While many of these projects were completed while living in the Bay Area, I now live in Truckee and provide these home renovation services for the entire North Lake Tahoe area, including Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Soda Springs, Tahoma, Olympic Valley, Northstar and all points between.
01
New Build: Outdoor Kitchen
Completely custom steel and wood framing, concrete countertop, large format ceramic tile, and tongue & groove pine siding. Left base cabinet is empty and wired for an ice machine or fridge, garbage can, etc. I was able to tap into the gas line serving the pool equipment behind the wall.

02
Bathroom Renovation
Small bathroom renovation in a Tahoe City condo. The client is planning to also replace the tub/shower when he has more funds. Replaced the vanity with rustic RTA and new custom-sized quartz countertop. New faucet and all hardware, Stylish mirror and matching medicine cabinet. New towel bars and electrical outlets & switches, as well as fresh paint and a new exhaust fan.

03
Mini Kitchen Design and Installation
Built a completely new kitchen in a 500-square foot cabana. Ripped out dated cabinetry and built new with IKEA cabinetry to save money Topped with a custom, pre-cast concrete countertop and tile backsplash with intricate edge detailing. Stainless steel sink and touch faucet.

04
New Build: Outdoor Fire Pit
Clients cozy up to this custom, cast-in-place concrete countertop overhangs the base so guests can cozy up closer to the fire. Hand-formed surface gives a soft, organic feel. Stainless steel burner plate and glass. Custom control panel with remote ignition. Lighting around top of base provides gentle glow against clear-coated pine tongue & groove siding. Outlets for charging phones when evenings run late.

05
Kitchen Renovation: Concrete Countertop
This started out as a floor-to-ceiling cabinet, that I took apart to use the bottom section so I could hang a wall-mounted TV above. This countertop was pre-cast from a mold that perfectly fits the uneven walls. Protected with a matte food-grade clear coat sealer.

06
Inexpensive Bathroom Vanity Renovation
Before & after view of a bathroom vanity. To save money, I replaced the doors, countertop and sink rather than the entire cabinet. And to save even more money, I crafted the countertop out of a single porcelain tile that cost just $40.

07
Bedroom Renovation: Owner’s Private Closets
Installed partitions in three closets and locking hardware on half of each one so the owner could store their personal belongings while renters stay at their Northstar condo. Replaced glass doors with solid wood and new sliding hardware.
